Q - Do you have a retail store?
A - Wholesale Board Games is located in Kaysville, UT. All orders ship from our warehouse in Utah. Walk in orders are accepted Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Q - Do you ship outside the US?
A - At this time we only ship to the US.
Q - Will I be charged sales tax?
A - Only orders shipped to the state of Utah will be charged sales tax. Sales tax amounts will be displayed in your shopping cart.
Q - How much will I be charged for shipping?
A - After adding the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart click on the "View Cart / Check Out" button and enter your zip code. You shipping rates will be displayed.
Q - What shipping method will be used when I select "Standard Shipping?"
A - Wholesale Board Games will select the most economical shipping method based on your order size and weight. Normally your order will be shipped through the USPS or UPS. Wholesale Board Games cannot accept carrier requests when "Standard Shipping" is selected. If you would prefer a specific carrier, please select a different shipping method. Please see our Shipping Policy for any further questions.
Q - Can I return a game?
A - Wholesale Board Games wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return a product, please review our Return Policy.
Q - If I return an item that was shipped using "Standard Shipping" to me, will I get a full refund?
A - You will receive a refund for the cost of the item minus the original shipping costs incurred by Wholesale Board Games to ship the item to you. The original shipping costs are reflected on the UPS Ground rates in the shopping cart.
Q - Do you offer discounts to school, libraries, clubs, etc.?
A - All of our discounts are based on the quantity of items purchased. We don’t offer extra discounts to specific organizations. If you would like to buy games in quantities greater than listed on our site, please contact us and we will give you a custom price.
Q - I have created my own board game. Would you be willing to publish it or sell it?
A - We do not manufacture or publish games. If your game is already being produced you may send us a sample for review. Please include your contact information and we will contact you if we feel it is a game we would like to add to our site.
